Booking of guided tours, canoe rentals and transportation:
Just send an email to wolf@northwestel.net to book your tour, rental equipment and transportation.
Please include your full name, complete address and your phone number in this mail.
Also a detailed description of the tour you want to book including the dates for this tour.
We will send you a confirmation of your booking and also an invoice with payment information.
Payment :
We require a deposit of 15 % immediately after you received your booking confirmation.
The rest of the payment is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival (Prior to the beginning of your tour).

Cancellation fees and cancellation policy:
IIf you cancel your trip we will keep a percentage of the amount in your invoice as follows:
| Up to 90 days prior to beginning of your tour | 15 % |
| 89 to 60 days prior to the beginning of your tour | 25 % |
| 59 to 25 days prior to the beginning of your tour | 50 % |
| 24 to 8 days prior to the beginning of your tour | 65 % |
| 7 to 0 days prior to the beginning of your tour | 75 % |
There will be no refund in case you end your guided tour or equipment rental earlier than originally booked. This also applies to transportation which has been booked and payed for in advance.
We recommend a travel insurance that covers cancellations and medical emergencies.
Damage Deposit for whitewater canoes (Only for whitewater tours):
We require a refundable damage deposit of CAD 700.00 (or EURO 500.-) per whitewater canoe for canoe trips on whitewater rivers. This refundable deposit is payable in cash on arrival.
